Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Information & Technical Assistance - The U.S. Justice Dept. publishes technical assistance to help the public understand how the ADA applies to their unique circumstances. Recent documents include "Wheelchairs, Mobility Aids, and Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices" and "Effective Communication," which provides guidance on the 2010 regulations relating to communicating effectively with people who have vision, hearing, or speech disabilities.
