Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Information & Technical Assistance - The U.S. Justice Dept. publishes technical assistance to help the public understand how the ADA applies to their unique circumstances. Recent documents include "Wheelchairs, Mobility Aids, and Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices" and "Effective Communication," which provides guidance on the 2010 regulations relating to communicating effectively with people who have vision, hearing, or speech disabilities. 

Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund advances the civil and human rights of people with disabilities through legal advocacy, training, education, and public policy and legislative development.
